PokeShop.Live sells authentic collectible trading card products, including:
Sealed booster packs
Single trading cards
Graded cards (slabs)
Promotional items
Giveaway prizes
All products are subject to availability.
Live Booster Pack Openings
Customers may purchase booster packs that are opened live on our YouTube channel.
By purchasing a live pack opening, you acknowledge and agree that:
All booster packs are factory sealed and acquired from authorized retailers, distributors, wholesalers, collectors, or other lawful sources.
Pack contents are random and determined solely by the manufacturer.
We do not guarantee specific cards, rarities, pull rates, grades, or values.
All cards pulled from your purchased packs will be shipped to you.
All live-opened pack sales are final.
No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted based on pack contents.
Purchases made while no live stream is active may be opened during the next scheduled or unscheduled live stream.
Live stream schedules may change without notice.
Live stream recordings are generally maintained for at least 30 days, but availability is not guaranteed.
Single Cards & Graded Cards
All single cards and graded cards are sold as collectibles.
Product photos are provided when available.
Condition assessments may vary among collectors.
Graded cards are evaluated solely by the grading company.
All sales are final unless an incorrect item is shipped.
Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States and Canada.
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate shipping information.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
PokeShop.Live is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs agencies, weather conditions, or events outside our control.
Refunds & Returns
Because collectible card products are highly volatile and condition-sensitive:
Live-opened booster packs are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Single cards and graded cards are non-refundable unless the wrong item was shipped.
Sealed products may only be returned if damaged during transit or shipped incorrectly.
Monthly Giveaway
Subscribers to our Live Alerts list may be automatically entered into monthly giveaways.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Membership in Live Alerts is free.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
Winners may be contacted using the information provided during registration.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
PokeShop.Live reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate giveaways at any time.
